"Understanding Understatement"
was a title for the next painting. As I started to work on it it suddenly revealed to me a dimension I didn't know existed ( even if I was thinking it could exist). The painting outgrew the title and I knew I was going to work in this new direction and explore the magic that suddenly was right there in front of me, made by me but bigger than me and all that I experienced so far. (autobiography) The first, original "Understanding Understatement" not shown here right now is similar to the four paintings below.
