We have added PayPal to make it easier for our customers to
pay their bills. To pay, simply click on the PayPal icon and
follow the instructions. You will need to know the amount on
your bill to enter when you use this feature. Please make sure
to include your customer number above so we can
identify your payment and apply the payment properly. Also,
right before you hit the "pay" button there is
a comment box, please enter your name
or name that the account is under to identify yourself.
Billing info & FAQ
When do you bill? We send out your bill a week or so before
the end of the month but it isn’t due until the beginning of the
billed month.
When is the bill due? We bill one month in advance but we also
extend you a 10-day grace period so you bill is due by the 10th
of the current month.
Will you cut me off after the 10th? No, we will send you email
reminders and try to call you a couple of times first. Please
keep us updated with your current phone numbers & email
addresses so that we can get a hold of you.
Why is my bill for more than you quoted me? Your first bill is
pro-rated to the first of the next month so that every bill from
then on will be for the quoted amount. Call for specific
amounts.
Do you offer discounts? We offer pre-payment discounts for
dialup and hosting accounts only. Because our prices are so
inexpensive already, we can’t offer any discounts for DSL or
Wireless services, call for our latest special.
Can I make electronic payments? We personalize our service to
you by sending out bills in the mail and crediting your account
by hand. We send out bills by email for those customers that
choose that option and you can use your bank to pay our bill
using auto pay/bill pay. We now offer an electronic payment
option on our web site but we will always process your billing
manually.
PayPal will allow you to pay us using a credit card/bank account
or your PayPal account. Please include your customer number and
phone number so that we can be sure to apply your payment
properly. (See above)
