For those of you using AVG and got the message it has expired, you can get the new free version HERE. Just download and install it to update your existing AVG. This is also the full free antivirus version that anyone can install and use. Just a reminder to our customers. The mail server is not for storing emails. That is the responsibility of customers to get mail off the server and store on their machines. The server has a limited capacity and 3-4 times a year it will go through and remove ALL mail that is older than 90 days to keep space freed and maintain its performance. It just performed a sweep on the 23rd so if you had mail stored in the server (webmail) and it was older than 90 days, it was removed. Please use a program on your computer like Outlook/Outlook Express or Mac's Imail to download and store emails. Pyramid Net has gone Electric! Check here for news on our new all electric service vehicle. We have added a PayPal link in our billing page to make it easier for customers to pay their bill. Just click on the "Billing/Paypal" button at the top left to go to the page. Starting Tuesday the 30th, with the cost of equipment going up we are forced to have to charge $30 for replacement DSL modems. As always, the initial modem and installation is still free.
